02 What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order quantity is 30–50 pieces under the HIGOLD brand, depending on the product category.

No. All products are supplied and sold exclusively under the HIGOLD brand.
04 What are your delivery times and payment terms?
Production typically takes 45–60 days from order confirmation. Common payment terms include a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment, or letter of credit (L/C) at sight; other terms can be arranged depending on the specific order.
05 Does HIGOLD Bangladesh sell directly to individual customers?
We currently operate on a B2B basis only, supplying businesses, dealers, distributors, architects, and project partners rather than selling directly to individual consumers.
